Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the hotel is centrally located in Palermo's vibrant nightlife area and offers cozy rooms with balconies, perfect for a family with a young child. However, the lack of windows in some rooms may not suit everyone. The dining options were hit and miss, with a subpar coffee machine but the inclusion of Indian food. Service was satisfactory, and the facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
